As part of Livingroom’s aim to foster home-grown, young talent, the estate agent has appointed Toby Le Ray in the design team.
Toby, 18, is the third member of the team that brings creative flair to estate agency photography, advertising, website design, literature and social media.
Born and bred in Guernsey, Toby is the youngest member of the 12-strong Livingroom team and joined the business after completing A levels in photography, graphic design and business studies at Elizabeth College.
“I was attracted to Livingroom because their approach to creativity and design is innovative and original. I think I will bring a good eye to photography and a different perspective to advertising and design and I’m really looking forward to working with the group.”
Livingroom director, Simon Torode, said: “Toby’s excellence in design and his passion make him the perfect fit for Livingroom.
“It is exciting to be able to recognise local talent and give a school leaver the opportunity to use his creative skills particularly when those kinds of jobs are hard to come by in Guernsey. We’re sure that Toby will be a dynamic member of our team and we’re looking forward to helping Toby develop his creative ability.”
