Jersey Heritage is conducting an island-wide survey to find out how people engage with the organisation, what it does well and how it could improve.
It is a major exercise that will help inform the organisation’s wider strategy to ‘inspire people to create a better island for everyone’, and create opportunities for people to experience Jersey’s rich and diverse heritage and culture.
Jon Carter, Director of Jersey Heritage said, “Jersey’s heritage and culture are special. Our purpose is to care for it, to promote wide access to it, act as an advocate on its behalf and bring imagination to our storytelling. To achieve those aims it is essential that we listen to and understand what our audiences enjoy and expect from their relationship with Jersey Heritage and the amazing sites, collections and records that we look after on their behalf. This survey will provide us with invaluable data and insights about what we do well, and where we might improve and I would urge everyone to take part.”
The survey, which is online at www.surveymonkey.com/JHressurvey will be available until the 29th July. Anyone completing the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a weekend stay at a Jersey Heritage Holiday Let of their choice (terms and conditions apply).
