First Names Group expands into global structured finance services

First Names Group is delighted to announce the formation of a global structured finance services unit in the USA. To drive this new corporate service the group has appointed Orlando Figueroa and Mark Ferraris as Managing Directors.

Mr Figueroa and Mr Ferraris will be responsible for driving the global strategy to deliver services through both First Names Group’s existing network including the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Ireland, The Netherlands and Switzerland new jurisdictions. They will focus on the global capital markets industry, specifically those services associated with the formation, management, governance, accounting and administration for special purpose entities for securitisations and other types of complex financing structures.

Mr Figueroa has over 20 years’ experience in structured finance. Prior to joining the Group, Orlando spent 13 years at TMF’s US-based affiliate LordSPV where he played a fundamental role in building their global reputation in the US and Global capital markets.

Mr Ferraris joins First Names Group following more than 25 years of success in the creation and building of global businesses to support structured finance and other segments of the capital markets industry. Formerly the Global Head of Corporate Trust Services for The Bank of New York Mellon, president and CEO of Wall Street Analytics and president of global fixed income services for Computershare Limited, Mark has led his specialist consulting practice, Orchard Street Partners for the past seven years, assisting companies and clients in a variety of ways to build and improve their financial services businesses.
