As it is for all businesses, attracting the right calibre of people is a challenge. Deloitte’s recruitment strategy is made up of a number of elements including giving young people access to the professions through the Summer Vacation Scheme, the Scholar Scheme, Project Trident, IOD work shadowing, Young Enterprise and supporting JFL and Careers Jersey in building skills in the schools. As parents, teachers and business leaders we all have an important role in nurturing the youth of the Island to ensure today’s children, are tomorrow’s future recruits and leaders in our Island community.
