Staff at Crestbridge have supported nearly 80 children this Christmas as part of their annual contribution to the Jersey Foster Carers Association (JFCA).

In order to spread a bit of Christmas cheer, a team of Crestbridge ‘elves’ purchased and wrapped 77 gifts and delivered them in readiness for the foster children’s Christmas party earlier this month, where Santa made a guest appearance to hand out the gifts to all the children.

As part of Crestbridge’s commitment to engaging with the local community, staff nominate a local charity to support each year, and in 2014 and 2015 its chosen charity was the JFCA. Staff have continued to support the charity with its Christmas party and presents initiative, making it the third Christmas event that Crestbridge have supported.

Established in 2001 and celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, the JFCA assists with looking after foster children in the island and is committed to raising the profile of fostering in Jersey. It places children at the heart of everything it does and is passionate about enabling children to be safe and to help them reach their true potential.
