A webinar to promote Guernsey to African fund managers will be held next month.
The Collas Crill online event will discuss the two most common uses of Guernsey funds for Africa: outbound and inbound investments and international expansion.
Panellists Paul Wilkes and Gareth Morgan of Collas Crill, Erich Bell of Wekmans Attorneys and Johanne Hague of Prism Chambers will detail how best to facilitate international investment using underlying vehicles in either Mauritus or South Africa.
“South Africa is an important market for Collas Crill and Africa more generally represents an exciting opportunity over the coming five to 10 years,” said Mr Wilkes.
“In this seminar we will share insights on how best to structure a fund to help managers maximise their growth plans, into or out of the region.”
