Sure has been awarded Mitel Silver Partner Status, making it the first company in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man to do so.
Mitel is one of the world’s leading providers of business communications systems and has an extensive client base in the islands, where organisations of all sizes use its equipment and software.
At a global level, Mitel has more than 60 million end users and has been ranked by Gartner as a “Leader” in unified communications for four years in a row.
To achieve Silver Partner status, Mitel analysed Sure’s technical, pre-sales and sales processes as well as verifying that the company has the requisite number of associate, professional and specialist qualifications.
"A Mitel Long-term partner for more than a decade, last year, Sure were awarded Mitel Silver Partner status. They remain and are increasingly, a dedicated, growing and strategic reseller of Mitel solutions," a Mitel spokesperson said.
"The expertise of Sure encompasses Mitel UC, Contact Centre and Cloud solutions. This enables them to provide a wide range of benefits to their customers, which address specific business objectives, the need to leverage advanced communications and to operate efficiently and cost- effectively."

Mitel Silver Partner status is an end-to-end accreditation that shows Sure has the "skills, expertise and customer service capabilities to consult, advise and deploy Mitel products."
