Three people have joined Ogier’s corporate and funds team.
Liam Murphy counsel has joined along with associate Antoaneta Shikerova and paralegal Ashlea Graham.
Mr Murphy advise on a broad range of matters including equity and debt capital market transactions, with a special interest in family office and single investor structures.
He started his career as an associate with international firm Cleary Gottlieb in London before joining the London office of Akin Gump. He advised the equity investment function in-house at Fidelity International, also in London, and then moved to Dubai in a senior legal counsel role at a multi-billion-dollar single family office.
He’s also spent time in Cayman and Dublin.
Ms Shikerova is experienced on transactions across jurisdictions. She joins the team after completing a training contract with Clifford Chance in Italy and is qualified as an Italian Avvocato.
