The local banking institution, Skipton International, has made it as a finalist in the Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.
It has reached the finals in the category: ‘Best Customer Experience’.
The ICS is an independent body, assessing and reviewing firms in all sectors to drive customer service performance.
“Behaving with the right attitude creates feelings of warmth, hospitality and, above all, trust,” said Customer Services Manager, Shane Konken.

The Managing Director of Skipton said the bank is proud of being recognised in this way.
“Being shortlisted for Best Customer Experience highlights that we continually put our customers first,” said Jim Coupe.
The final will take place at London’s Park Lane Hilton Hotel on 19 October.
