BDO has promoted six members of its Guernsey team, after the firm’s latest appraisal and promotion cycle, with four of the individuals from the Audit team, one from Advisory, and one from the Marketing function.
BDO says their progression is reflective of the company's commitment to rewarding excellence and providing its staff with extensive professional development opportunities.
In the Audit team, Stany Makwena has been promoted to Assistant Manager, Wongani Masasula to Senior Supervisor, and Sophie Gallienne and Sophie Le Page have both been moved up to the position of Supervisor.
Benjamin James has also been promoted to the position of Assistant Manager in the Advisory team while Imogen Bach has been promoted to Marketing Manager.
Richard Searle, BDO Guernsey’s Managing Director congratulated them all.
“Our core purpose at BDO is helping people and businesses to succeed and seeing six of our team take the next step in their careers shows how this applies to our clients and team alike. The hard work and devotion to their work that each of them has demonstrated is clear and I thank all six for the contributions they have made and continue to make to the business.
“I am very pleased for each of them and congratulate them on behalf of everyone at BDO Guernsey on their well-earned promotions.”
