LTS Tax has promoted Natalie Chamberlain to the position of Associate Director and has appointed Garth van Huyssteen as Tax Manager.

Ms Chamberlain has been with the firm since it was established seven years ago. She is a Chartered Tax Advisor, experienced in both UK and Guernsey tax, working with high net worth clients and external trustees on all areas of tax compliance and advice.

Ms Chamberlain is also highly experienced in ATED and non-resident capital gains tax. In her new role Natalie will continue to manage her client portfolio and tax team but will also focus on operational aspects and development of the business.

Mr van Huyssteen is also a Chartered Tax Advisor and in his previous role was responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients including Guernsey and UK resident high net worth clients, corporate property holding structures and offshore reporting fund clients. He also has experience working with offshore trustees providing trust tax compliance and advisory services and is experienced in all matters relating to personal income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.

Fran Snoding, Managing Director, said: “I am delighted to announce Natalie’s promotion and the appointment of Garth. Natalie’s promotion is a testament to her hard work and commitment to LTS over the years. Coupled with the appointment of Garth and his experience, we are confident that this strengthens the LTS Tax team even further and provides a sound foundation for continued growth."
