Savills UK has announced its acquisition of Parkes & Associates, a Guernsey-based property management business specialising in both residential and commercial property.
Established by owners Keith and Ros Parkes, the local business is made up of five team members who will all transfer over to Savills, forming part of the firm's existing Channel Islands property management team.
"Parkes & Associates is a well-established brand in the Channel Islands and we are delighted to welcome them into the business," commented Head of Savills Guernsey, Tony Rowbotham. "Their experience and expertise in property management will fit perfectly into our existing block management and buy-to-let management business lines.
"We look forward to expanding our offer through this acquisition as well as working with our new colleagues and their clients."
Mr Parkes added: "We are delighted to join forces with Savills and look forward to working with the existing teams in the Channel Islands and beyond to provide an enhanced level of service and expertise to our clients."
The latest expansion follows Savills' acquisition of Martel Maides in the Channel Islands at the end of 2018.
