The Guernsey Financial Services Commission is reminding some directors that they have just days left to sign up to a new registration regime
The new regime was launched in July and the deadline for sign-ups is 1 October.
It is for certain categories of directorship and requires an annual fee of £75.
Those who qualify and register must comply with the third and fifth schedules of the Proceeds of Crime Law considering specific anti-money-laundering and counter terrorist financing obligations.
