Redwood Co Sec Limited has appointed Martine Wallbridge as a Senior Manager in its growing company secretary and governance team.
The business was established one year ago as part of the Redwood Group, and Managing Director Tom Cluett said the latest appointment will aid the company's development.
“Martine is a great addition to our growing team, she has more than 10 years’ experience in this field and a wealth of skills and knowledge.”
Prior to joining Redwood, Ms Wallbridge worked for international corporate service providers, as a company secretary and administrator on a range of debt, real estate and private equity clients.
Most recently, the University of Winchester graduate managed a team responsible for the company secretary function on several London listed, regulated and licensed entities.

James Wood, CEO of the Redwood Group, said: “Company secretarial and governance are important areas of the modern finance industry. We are pleased to be celebrating the first birthday of this part of our business with the appointment of Martine to the team.”
