"Ravenscroft is at an exciting phase of its development and I am delighted to be part of its future. My experience with KPMG over 28 years provided me with core corporate governance skills which will be key for my new role with Ravenscroft going forward."

Ravenscroft recently acquired Royal London Asset Management CI Limited and Royal London Custody Services CI Limited to expand its existing cash management offeringand increased assets under administration to £6.5 billion.

Chairman Stephen Lansdown said Mr Hutchinson brought valuable skills to the board, which also recently appointed digital entrepreneur Chris Barling.
