Friday 02 February 2024

Praxis has promoted several employees to senior positions with many also rising to managerial and director roles.

Half of the Group’s promotions are up to senior administrator level and a further 16 promotions have been made in the assistant manager to manager level roles. Ten promotions have been made at leadership level, with two appointments to director, four to associate director and four to senior manager.

Most of the promotions are in the private wealth, corporate and pensions teams, however nine are across the Group’s compliance, people and operations functions.

In Guernsey, the following individuals have been promoted to Associate Director level: Victoria Harvey, client accounting; Francesca Moullin, new business; and George Pirouet, who heads up a large family office relationship.

In Jersey, Sarah Denoual has been promoted to Client Services Director, and, in Geneva, Gary Bratcov has been promoted to a Director in the Compliance function.

Ms Denoual joined Praxis in 2013 and oversees a private wealth team working with HNWIs globally to provide a family office-style service.

Charles Rix in the Group’s UAE Funds and Corporate Services team has also been promoted to Associate Director.

Group CEO, Rob Fearis said: “As a future-focused company, we believe in investing in our aspiring leaders, and this year’s promotion round reflects our dedication to fostering talent from within the business to ensure career progression for our people and to deliver consistency in relationships and service levels for our clients."
