Ogier partner Craig Cordle has been sworn in as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey.
Mr Cordle, an investment funds and asset management specialist, worked for Herbert Smith Freehills and Norton Rose Fulbright in the City before joining Ogier in 2016. His qualification as a Guernsey Advocate, takes the tally of Guernsey-qualified lawyers in Ogier's Guernsey team to 16.
He said: "I am delighted to have been admitted in Guernsey. I first began working with Guernsey funds as a trainee lawyer in the City in 2006, so my admission to the Guernsey Bar is very important to me. I'm very grateful to have been supported by my friends and colleagues at Ogier, particularly in our growing funds and asset management team."
Last year Mr Cordle was named in Private Fund Management's Top 30 under 40, which recognises the top young private equity lawyers.
