Ogier lawyers recognised in Chambers UK rankings

Numerous lawyers at Ogier in the Channel Islands have been recognised in the Chambers UK Guide rankings for 2025.

In Guernsey, 14 individuals from across the firm's Corporate, Investment Funds, Dispute Resolution, Property, Employment and Trusts teams have been named.

In Corporate and Finance rankings, which incorporates investment funds, are Partners Bryon Rees, Richard Sharp, Christopher Jones, and Paul Chanter.

Dispute Resolution rankings in the Guide include Partner Simon Davies, and Mathew Newman. Sandie Lyne is also ranked as ‘Up and Coming’, while ‘Associate to Watch’ Heidi Sandy is newly ranked for 2025.

Within Ogier's Guernsey Property team, Partner Martyn Baudains is ranked whilst senior associate Martín Casas is named as an ‘Associate to Watch’.

The Trusts rankings name Partner Matt Guthrie, Catherine Moore and Chris Hards. Rachel DeSanges, who is head of Employment for Ogier in Guernsey, is also ranked in the 2025 Guide.

Collectively, Ogier has 43 lawyers ranked across 10 departments in its Guernsey, Jersey and London offices in the latest 2025 Chambers UK Directory.

28 practitioners from Jersey were also named as well as Partner Jeremy Snead from the firm's London office.
