Offshore Commercial looks to grow GFA relationship

Tuesday 25 April 2023

The Offshore Commercial Guernsey FA Cup Final takes place this weekend with the firm looking to grow its relationship with the football organisation even further in the future.

In November of last year, Offshore Commercial - a firm specialising in accountancy and payroll solutions - announced its partnership with the GFA.

The company's Managing Director, Craig Shorto, is a keen football player himself.

"The FA Cup always throws up a variety of ties as the only competition on the island where every team enters and we are glad to see two of the heavyweights competing in the final," he said.

"We look forward to seeing a packed Corbet Field on the 29 of April. Offshore Commercial is proud to sponsor this prestigious competition and looks forward to growing our relationship with the GFA in the future."

Gary Roberts, Chief Executive Officer of the GFA, thanked Offshore for its support.

"The FA Cup Final promises to be an exciting game with recently crowned Priaulx League champions, Guernsey Rovers, looking to couple a league and cup double against current cup holders, Northerners AC. These two teams have arguably been the two strongest teams in local football this season, and this cup final will be another great occasion.

"We would like to once again thank Craig and the team at Offshore Commercial, for their sponsorship of the FA Cup this season and we look forward to working together moving forward to ensure the FA Cup remains a focal point of the local football calendar."

The Guernsey FA Cup Final, sponsored by Offshore Commercial, will take place this Saturday.

Northerners AC and Guernsey Rovers will kick-off at 14:00 at the Corbet Field.
