Harry Round has been made an Associate in Collas Crill's property team, after qualifiying as an English solicitor following a two-year training contract within the firm's Guernsey office.

Mr Round began his career with the firm as a paralegal in the property team in 2015 and has maintained a keen interest in commercial property practice throughout his time there.

He has now joined the firm's Guernsey Property team as an Associate.

Another newly-qualified solicitor, Alex Wileman-Smith, who has joined Jersey's Corporate, Finance and Funds team, also came through the training programme, which is led by Collas Crill Partner Sean Cheong.

"Training during lockdown was not easy or straightforward and it's incredibly rewarding to see that our young lawyers have managed to develop not only legal skills but a degree of adaptability and agility in the way they work with clients and colleagues," he said.
