Alexander Daniels Offshore has welcomed Lucretia Exall as a Recruitment Consultant to the Guernsey team.
She will be working alongside Hannah Le Tissier on all temporary and contract recruitment.
The recruitment agency said it was excited for the two of them to develop the temporary and contract side of the business, by building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
She joins the team with over five years’ experience in the Legal sector, working as a secretary for a large Guernsey law firm. Her "bubbly and caring" personality is a perfect fit for working with clients and delivering great services, according to Manager Steve Hubert.
Ms Exall said: “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to begin a new career, accompanied by such a supportive team who are successfully growing in the recruitment market. We spend most of our lives working, so I am excited to help, and support candidates find their dream job!”
Mr Hubert, said: “Lucretia is the perfect addition, to our expanding team. She will be working alongside her good friend Hannah, so I’m very excited to see how they will further develop the temporary, contract and entry level side of the business.”
