The offshore law firm has made the appointment to its growing Corporate team, with Tristan Ozanne joining as a Group Partner.
Becoming a solicitor of England and Wales in 2007, Mr Ozanne has over 20 years of experience in the field, having expertise in corporate acquisitions and corporate advisory, together with fund finance and real estate finance.
He was recently named a ‘Next Generation Partner’ by Legal 500 in their 2025 UK directory and was also recognised as an 'Up and Coming Practitioner' by Chambers and Partners in their 2025 UK directory.
Upon his appointment, Mr Ozanne says “I am excited to be joining Appleby’s excellent Guernsey team and am looking forward to working closely with all our offshore jurisdictions to provide a first-rate legal support globally.”
