Lancaster Guernsey has appointed Kate Parker as its new Head of Risk, expanding the firm's team to 14 members.
With experience in financial services and governance, coupled with her "adeptness" in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and financial crime prevention, she has been described as "an invaluable asset to the Lancaster team".
Richard Hamilton, Group HR Director at Lancaster, said: “We are delighted to welcome Kate to Lancaster. Her impressive track record in financial services and governance makes her an invaluable addition to the team as we continue to grow.”
