New business transformation partnership formed in Guernsey

Two Guernsey-based consultancies have joined forces to deliver strategic support to forward-looking Channel Islands organisations facing the challenge of business transformation.

UN1TY has been formed by Mike Ozanne, founder of technology consultancy Metapoint, and strategic marketing specialist Rollo De Sausmarez, founder of Beyond Strategy.

They have agreed a partnership combining their "CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and CMO-as-a-service (Chief Marketing Officer)" offerings to deliver bespoke business transformation support to clients via a pay-as-you-go model.

Mr De Sausmarez said: “We set up UN1TY to specifically help larger, more sophisticated Channel Islands businesses with their transformation challenges.

"Working together on behalf of mutual clients, we determined that whilst our areas of expertise differ, they are highly complementary and that our ethics and approach to delivering solutions results in a highly effective service for our customers."

Mr Ozanne said: "We help with the type of challenges where the combined expertise of senior communications and technology professionals with extensive project and transformational experience would be of significant benefit. There's nowhere else you can get this kind of leadership support for your board.”

UN1TY say they are launching early in a year which promises unprecedented challenges for business. They expect more digital transformations, automation projects and ESG demands while covid disruption and supply chain concerns continue to take up business leadership time.
