Appleby said it has strengthened its dispute resolution team in Guernsey with the appointment of an Associate with a wide variety of experience across administrative, commercial, insolvency, banking, pension, and estates law matters.
As an attorney of the High Court of South Africa Shelley de Klerk has worked on a wide variety of disputes, focused on data protection, commercial contracting and TMT law.
Miss de Klerk said she is keen to put her experience to work in Guernsey.
“I’m excited to join the team at Appleby and work alongside its respected team of lawyers and staff. The firm is known for its ambitious, world-class service and I look forward to helping continue that reputation,” she said.
