New appointment at SPF "strengthens commercial offering”

SPF Private Clients has made a new appointment to head up its Real Estate Debt Advisory team.

Gary O’Neill joins from the Corporate Banking division at RBS International and offers extensive lending experience to SPF.

“A well-recognised and respected figure within the local banking community, Gary is a key part in the development of our commercial finance offering,” said Pierre Blampied, SPF Managing Director.

“His banking career spans in excess of 30 years, and he’s adept in providing solutions across a multitude of clients sectors,” he said.

Mr O’Neill said he was delighted to join the team.

“We aim to make the complex more simple, delivering bespoke solutions in terms of debt structure and pricing, allowing you more time to focus on your business,” he said.
