The UAP Group has hired an experienced financier as a new Non-Executive Director.

Jane Duchemin has been working in the finance industry for more than 35 years and has worked in Guernsey, Malta, and the UK.

More recently she has been working to develop a range of international pension schemes for corporate clients.

“Jane brings with her considerable experience in the development and administration of a range of pension and employee benefit solutions for both international clients and for the Guernsey pension market,” said founder of UAP, Rob Shipman.

“Our company core values of challenging the status quo, working for our partners and doing things better have been built on our desire to deliver the best client experience and I'm confident Jane will help us to continue to deliver exactly this.

“We have exciting plans for additional acquisitions in the next 12 months, which will further enhance our offering, and Jane's input as we move forward with our strategic growth plan will also be very much welcomed by our board.”

She joins two other Non-Executive Directors, Roger Berry and Lyndon Trott.
