Livingroom Estate Agents has been recognised at a national awards ceremony for its marketing.

Having already won the Guernsey and Jersey awards for Best Estate Agency Single Office categories and Best Estate Agency Marketing Channel Islands at the regional edition of the International Property Awards, the agency went on to the national award ceremony where it won the award for Best Estate Agency Marketing United Kingdom.

The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe and there were more than 1,900 entries this year. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry and winners are determined by a panel of expert judges from across the property world.

Livingroom Founder, CEO Simon Torode collected the award at the national awards ceremony at the Savoy Hotel, London on Monday 2 December.

“At Livingroom our marketing has always stood us apart from our competitors and to win an award for the best estate agency marketing in the whole of the UK is absolutely staggering,” Mr Torode said.

“We’re passionate about promoting our vendors’ properties using all the marketing channels available to us. In the past few years this has evolved to include social media, video content and an ever-increasing range of print and online publications in the Channel Islands, UK and beyond.

“I’d like to congratulate our whole Channel Island team on this award – their dedication to our creative approach is inspiring on a daily basis and this award is an amazing way to cap our first year as a Channel Island estate agent.”
