The Liberation Group Appointment of CFO

The Liberation Group has announced the appointment of Sharon Badelek as its new Chief Financial Officer.

She joins from Novus Leisure where she has been CFO since 2016.

Ms Badelek has significant experience in multi-site leisure businesses having spent many years as both UK Finance Director and then Group Finance Director of Vue, the cinema operator, and prior to that as Group Financial Controller of Virgin Active.

Her formative days were spent at ITV as Group Accountant and then finally as Group Chief Accountant.

She succeeds Declan Hearne who has left the Company after ten years as Finance Director for the Liberation Group.
