Leaders Conference returns in May

Leaders has announced the launch of a new style Leadership Conference, to be held at Les Cotils on Wednesday 22 May.

Managers and leaders from a diverse range of organisations are invited to join the first of what's anticipated to be series of conferences, "exploring what makes for excellent leadership".

The Leaders Team - Phil Eyre, Kareena Hodgson, and Nicole Le Goupillot – will each bring their experiences and insights to the conference, with a blend of talks, roundtable discussions, and workshop style exercises planned.

Phil Eyre, Leaders Founder said the conference is designed for anyone in a management role, leadership position, Next Gen, or generally interested in what makes for excellent leadership in business, charity, or government organisations.

"The Leaders Conference is a core event in our aim to elevate great leadership towards healthy and enjoyable workplaces. By opening the conference to a wider audience, injecting discussion and a practical focus, this event offers the potential to make a genuine, real-life difference not only for the people taking part but for those they manage and lead."
