JTC makes two senior appointments

Thursday 29 November 2018

Rebecca Bettany and Karen O’Hanlon have both been appointed Senior Directors within JTC's Private Wealth Division.

Ms Bettany will lead the day-to-day running of the newly-launched JTC Private Office, a global family office offering what it describes as 'a financial concierge for a new generation', returning to the Channel Islands from London where she has spent most of her career.

She said: “Being given the mandate to establish JTC Private Office was a fantastic opportunity that I couldn’t let pass. JTC already has a reputation for innovation, differentiation and client service excellence, so to have such a key role in a new offering - one that builds on these characteristics and takes service to another level – is something special for me.”

Ms O’Hanlon joins JTC with a  background in the private client industry worldwide, where she has spent most of her career, including periods in Geneva and Singapore, working with multi-jurisdictional, multi-generational ultra-high net worth families and individuals.

She commented: “JTC has a strong reputation for client service and I’ve watched from afar as this has helped it grow into what it is today. Throughout my career, service has been at the heart of everything I have practised; therefore to be able to join this outstanding JTC team and be part of JTC Private Office – an offering that epitomises service excellence – was a chance I was never going to turn down.”
