JT strikes gold with Mitel partnership

Thursday 16 May 2019

JT has achieved gold partner status with global business communications company, Mitel.

The local business has been recognised for its standard of competency, performance and commitment throughout a process of training and installation courses.

"JT has demonstrated exceptional expertise with Mitel's unified communication, collaboration and contact centre solutions," said UK and Ireland Channel Director at Mitel, Nick Aikman. "In particular, the company's ability to leverage advanced communications and operate efficiently when dealing with our portfolio really makes it stand out.

"As a result, we're delighted to welcome JT to our group of industry-leading Gold Partners and we're looking forward to continuing our collaboration as we work together towards their next milestone."

The certification means JT can deliver additional Mitel communications options to its customers, including its video conferencing and collaboration solutions.

Katie Corbett, Director of CI Enterprise and Business Services at JT said: "Achieving this status is the culmination of a lot of hard work for the teams to ensure that JT has reached the standards required by Mitel. These partnerships and the endorsement of major organisations like Mitel means that we are able to enhance the offering for our business customers both in the Channel Islands and around the world.

"We are committed to offering the best in connectivity, service and produces to our customers and building our relationship with market leaders is key to that goal."
