Nine Carey Olsen corporate partners have featured in the 2021 edition of the Who's Who Legal private funds guide, including five members of the Guernsey office.
Among those recognised is Ben Morgan, Head of the firm's Guernsey Corporate Practice, who is the only Guernsey-based lawyer to be recognised as one of six 'global elite thought leaders' for the offshore region.
These 'thought leaders' are individuals who received the highest number of nominations from peers, corporate counsel and other market sources, and have been identified by the research as being 'truly outstanding' practitioners.
His colleagues Christopher Anderson, Andrew Boyce, Tom Carey and David Crosland have also been recognised, along with two members of the Jersey office, one from London and another from the Cayman Islands.
"For Carey Olsen to have nine of our partners recognised for their private funds expertise serves as a ringing endorsement for the quality of work undertaken by our global investment funds practice," said Mr Morgan. "For me personally, it is also an honour to be considered as a global elite thought leader for my private funds practice."
The Who's Who Legal private funds guide focuses on the international private funds legal market. The 2021 edition comprises fund formation specialists and regulatory experts from more than 350 law firms across 38 countries.
