Barclays in Guernsey is taking part in the National Customer Service Week to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the economy.
Staff are setting up shop in the Guille-Allès Library to "empower the local community to be fraud-smart and know how to protect themselves from fraud and scams."
A stand will be set up in the library with information to hand and a number of Barclays employees will be available to provide information.
“National Customer Services Week is a key time in our calendar and each year we get involved locally. It’s a great opportunity for us to strengthen our relationships with our clients and share our different areas of expertise with each other,” said manager for Guernsey, Simon Phillips.
The stand will be in the Assembly Room at the Library between 12:00 and 14:00 on Wednesday 3 October.
