Four lawyers from Mourant in the Channel Islands have been named in ePrivateclient's inaugural Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 list.
Senior Associate in the firm's Guernsey office, Chris Duncan and Associates in the Jersey office Luke Gingell, Pierre Ali-Noor and Bethan Watts have been listed as 'rising stars' within the private client advisory profession.
Mr Duncan and Mr Gingell are members of the firm's global International Trusts and Private Client practice where their role includes advising trustees and beneficiaries on a wide range of private client-related matters including court applications, international tax disclosures and non-contentious issues concerning trusts, foundations, wills and probate.
Both Mr Ali-Noor and Ms Watts are members of the Jersey litigation practice focusing on commercial litigation including trusts, fraud and investment disputes as well as regulation and financial services.

The ePrivateclient Top 35 Under 35 list is considered the 'definitive list of young private client practitioners', with those working in the legal, accountancy, trust and residential property investment industries all eligible for nomination.
A celebration for all professionals listed in the Top 35 Under 35 is being held in June.
