Fort appoints new Head of People

Fort has appointed Lisa Le Ray as its new Head of People, working across the group in Guernsey and Alderney.

Her position will also include cultivating culture, workplace enrichment, and Fort’s CSR offering.

Graham McCormack, CEO of Fort, welcomed her to the role.

"Lisa brings a wide variety of experience to her new role and a deep understanding of people and how best to support them in the workplace. We can’t wait for her to bring her expertise to our team," he said.

"At Fort, it’s important for us to invest in our people and Lisa’s appointment will provide our team with the best opportunities for growth, career development and support in their day-to-day working lives."

Ms Le Ray has worked in people-focused roles for more than 25 years, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and "is dedicated to connecting with people, supporting their growth and fostering potential".

"Throughout my career, I have always enjoyed connecting with and supporting people," she said.

"Having a positive culture and strong energy is crucial in a workplace and I look forward to working with the team at Fort to expand on the strong foundations they have already set in this area.

"There are many members of the Fort team who have been long serving which is a testament to the company's investment in its people. With our brand refresh and refurbished office spaces, I’m excited to get started on expanding and enhancing our people focus."
