Indulge, a financial services-focused digital firm based in Guernsey and Oxford, was selected as a finalist in the Best Use of Search in Finance category of the European Search Awards.
The agency was recognised for its approach to using audience research to explain the complex Swiss tax system. The campaign resulted in Taxolution Advisory, a Switzerland-based advisory firm aiming to provide clear guidance on the country’s taxation system, achieving a 15% growth in revenue in its first year and 55% growth the following year.
Indulge used tools such as SEMrush, Google Search and SEOmonitor to conduct detailed audience research, establishing what information the target audience was looking for online and what competitors were overlooking in their content.
Indulge Director Paul Wood said: “Our greatest achievement from this campaign was the genuine business growth that resulted from it. Taxolution Advisory was able to reach a more relevant audience which has significantly contributed to its overall success, both in revenue and in service.
Taxolution Advisory CEO Ron Rosenwasser added: “The resource library created by Indulge has not only made it far easier for our clients to understand the Swiss tax system but has directly contributed to the significant growth of our business.
“The work that the Indulge team do is second-to-none, and I am very grateful for and impressed by their innovative approach to this particular campaign.”
