Firesafe - a passive fire protection contractor - has promoted Mark Firth to the role of Managing Director.
This announcement comes following Firesafe achieving updated FIRAS certification in cavity barriers and penetration sealing, and certification in fire door maintenance, dry lined partition systems, and fire door installation.
It means Firesafe is "the most third-party accredited passive fire protection business in the Channel Islands" said the business.
As Managing Director, Mr Firth will oversee the delivery and development of passive fire protection systems and solutions for a wide range of clients across the Channel
Islands.
Dan Taylor, Managing Director of Rihoy & Son and Director of Firesafe, welcomed him to the firm.
“Mark’s industry expertise and energy has developed Firesafe from a start-up business to a leading specialist contractor on the island, and his new role sets the foundation to further grow Firesafe within Guernsey and the Channel Islands,” he said.
