EY has appointed Andrea Gallienne as Talent Manager in the Channel Islands, supporting the firm’s ongoing growth ambitions and people-focused agenda.

Ms Gallienne has worked across several sectors in the Channel Islands, including public, financial services and retail. She has experience across all aspects of HR including employee relations, learning and development, reward and recognition, employee engagement and recruitment and retention.

In her cross-island role with EY, Ms Gallienne will be working alongside EY’s leadership team to deliver the firm’s talent strategy. She will be leading recruitment, whilst also focused on fostering a work culture that nurtures diversity in all its forms and delivering learning and development programmes that enable their people to reach their career aspirations.

Ms Gallienne said: “In a time when the hunt for talent is fierce in the islands, EY has a strong proposition as an employer for experienced hires and students.
