ESI Monitor launches new sustainability platform

Tuesday 21 June 2022

A Guernsey based company that helps businesses develop environmental frameworks has launched a new sustainability platform.

ESI Monitor is launching FutureTrack, at the London Reset Connect climate change conference later this month.

“FutureTrack is one of the most comprehensive and automated sustainability platforms on the market," said Director of Standards and Operations, Ian Corder.

"Our team, along with local developers, have been building the platform since late 2021. FutureTrack has one of the most powerful emissions calculators available, covering areas such as embedded carbon, upstream and downstream emissions, and carbon intensity in materials. Importantly, FutureTrack is an international platform with carbon intensity metrics covering almost every country, material, and activity possible. We expect the new platform will be welcomed by global companies needing to manage sustainability across multiple countries and operations”.

FutureTrack also offers the ability to benchmark a business's progress against other competitors.

The founder of ESI Monitor, Marc Laine, said: “We have a unique blend of scientific, academic, climate change, and sustainability knowledge within our team. This knowledge, combined with our in-depth understanding of how businesses operate, has allowed us to create a tool that enables organisations to not only measure their environmental impact, but also confidently understand, improve, and report it.”
