More than 20 EY CI staff spent a day at the GSPCA doing grounds work, gardening and looking after animals.
It was the third year running that the firm has done so and GSPCA Community and Training Officer said it was much appreciated.
“There were staff both locally and 15 flew over from Jersey to help," he said. “The EY team also came with a selection of lovely donations which we must say another thank you for as they are really appreciated.
“From helping care for the animals to grounds work and gardening we are hugely grateful for all of their help.”
GSPCA Manager Steve Byrne expressed his gratitude for EY's time and support.
“We are so lucky to have caring businesses in Guernsey like Ernst & Young LLP that allow their staff to help in the community," he said.
“With 23 volunteers having helped last week from EY CI and 53 from previous years that makes 86 volunteers that have helped at the GSPCA since 2016.”
"We always love to hear from businesses that would like to help us help the animals and community of Guernsey and there are many ways getting involved from CSR programmes to sponsoring animals in our care."
