James Badcock (pictured) has joined Collas Crill as a Consultant in its International Private Client and Trusts (IPCT) team in the Channel Islands.
He'll be advising high net worth individuals, mainly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, on cross-border estate planning and advises trustees on trust law and the administration of trusts.
He said: "Collas Crill is a superb firm with a real focus on private wealth. I am looking forward to working with and learning from the firm's lawyers and their clients in the Channel Islands and internationally, many of whom I already know."
