A locally-operating law firm have made nine promotions across the Channel Islands, including a new Partner and Senior Associate at their Guernsey office.
Simon Heggs and Tom Cutts-Watson are both based in Guernsey. Mr Heggs advises clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, including debt finance, public and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and corporate insolvency. He has been promoted to Partner.
Mr Cutts-Watson works on contentious matters involving trust and financial services disputes, and is part of the firm's multi-disciplinary employment team. Earlier this year he was called to the Guernsey Bar as an Advocate of the Royal Court this year. He has been promoted to Senior Associate.
Group Managing Partner Jason Romer offered his congratulations to those receiving a promotion. "These colleagues have demonstrated that they are absolutely ready for their next step within the firm, receiving consistently great feedback on their work, and showing a real commitment to what they do," he said.
