Carey Olsen has been praised for its 'impressive breadth and depth of service' in the 2018 edition of the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth guide, with seven of its lawyers ranked in the trust and private client practitioner tables.
It was the only law firm to achieve Band One status in Guernsey, where it is described as "the top firm on the island for private client work" and "regarded as the natural choice for complex, sophisticated matters."
The firm's Jersey office attained Band Two status.
Partner and head of the trust and private wealth practice in Guernsey, Russell Clark, is the only lawyer to be ranked as a Band One practitioner in Guernsey. He was commended for his depth of knowledge and his "incredibly clever mind".
Fellow Guernsey partner Konrad Friedlaender was ranked in Band Two and Counsel Patricia Montgomery who is ranked as an 'Up and Coming' practitioner was commended for being 'very dedicated to the task, very responsive and concise'.

The Chambers and Partners High Net Worth guide is aimed at the global private wealth market and will be used by family offices and professional advisers to wealthy individuals, providing objective guidance on an international scale.
