C5 Alliance has been shortlisted for the Innovation in Customer Experience category at The Véyaon Awards 2024 recognising its work with Vega, an AI-based digital HR assistant that has transformed internal processes.
Vega integrates with its HR systems to provide a chat-based interface for staff to access information, complete tasks, and receive support which frees up the HR team to provide 1:1 time on more complex issues. Its AI capabilities allow it to interpret the intent behind queries and provide accurate, relevant responses, improving both efficiency and service quality.
This innovation has not only enhanced productivity and improved employee engagement but also created new business opportunities, as similar digital assistants are now being implemented in external organisations, contributing to its business growth.

The winners of The Véyaon Awards 2024 will be announced at the ceremony taking place on 21st November.
