Bonsai hires new senior interior designer

Interior design and timber experts Bonsai have appointed a new senior interior designer to its growing design team.

Martha Nuttall has more than 16 years’ experience in sales and relationship management and built her own bespoke fashion design and textile business in Indonesia.

She returned to Guernsey in 2018 after heading Martha Ellen for six years.

“She’s a talented designer, incredibly personable and professional, and has an excellent track record in business. We plan to keep raising the bar over the coming years, and Martha will play a central role,” said director Matthew Rolfe.

Miss Nuttall said she’s excited to get involved with residential interior design.

“My experience in curation, and more specifically in my bespoke fashion design business, will enable me to build key relationships with clients and transfer these ideas effectively into physical creative design projects that meet the design aspirations of the client.”
