Appleby expands corporate team

Appleby has recruited Oratile Jonas as an Associate in the Corporate Department of its Guernsey office.

Ms Jonas has a wealth of experience in reorganisations, cross-border transactions, and private equity transactions both in-country and across borders.

She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2019, having obtained BCom and LLB degrees at the University of Johannesburg.
