Apex Group buys Retransform

Apex Group has finalised its purchase of Retransform - a global real estate provider offering Proptech, Technology Solutions and Business Managed Services to commercial, retail, and corporate real estate customers - from The Annet Group.

Apex says this will "further enhance" its "ability to partner with funds throughout a fund lifecycle, and to become a single-source provider of fund services".

Commenting on the acquisition, Peter Hughes, Founder and CEO of Apex Group said:

Apex Group and Annet are also establishing a Joint Venture to develop software in the areas of Data Analytics, Valuation, and Digital Twins for real estate, leveraging Retransform’s existing 4See™ Analytics, Valere™ and Secure™ software platforms.
