17 Mourant lawyers recognised in global director

Law firm-led professional services business, Mourant has seen 17 lawyers recognised in the Private Client Global Elite Directory 2024, achieving joint top spot in the latest guide.

In the directory, nine lawyers from the Mourant Litigation and Private Wealth teams have been named as Global Elite in their fields with eight Mourant lawyers awarded Private Client Global Excellence accolades.

Mourant Head of International Trusts and Private Client, Edward Devenport, said its proof of the firm's strong presence.

Launched in 2017, the Private Client Global Elite Directory showcases the world's top private client and trust​ and estates litigation talent.

Mourant has also maintained top rankings in the latest Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide, including a Band 1 ranking for the firm's Jersey-based Private Wealth team.  

In the 2024 edition of Legal 500 UK, published in November 2023, the firm's Guernsey and Jersey teams also both achieved coveted Tier 1 rankings in the Private Client, Trusts and Tax category.
