As part of the Phase 4 easing of restrictions, new guidance has been published by Public Health Services for self-catering businesses in Alderney.
The guidance covers the key principles of reopening a self-catering business including self-isolation, social distancing and hygiene, and gives details of preparation, enhanced cleaning procedures, waste disposal, laundry and keeping records.
